Honeycomb

A study in nested geometry — seven hexagons grown out from a central cell, each ringed in deep black against a flame-orange comb. The yarn is hand-tufted at high pile so the surface holds its color from any angle in the room.

The piece’s edge follows the honeycomb itself rather than being cropped to a rectangle, finished with a black serged border that pulls each cell forward.
